Saturday 9: the remedy

I've been following Saturday 9 for a while, it's high time I participate, don't you think?

1. What's the remedy for you to stop worrying?
Usually, getting up. Most of my worrying tends to take place in the wee hours of the morning when I wake up too early and have nothing to do but lie there and think. Activity makes the worry dissipate.
