Alas, no. I can’t draw. The only drawing I can think of that someone’s made of my characters is the cover of Queen of Wands:

I do fantasy-cast most of my characters, or at least the major ones. For instance, the love interest for the story I’m working on now was inspired by this fellow:
And this is who I picture as the narrator:
complete with the longish hair.
Fantasy-casting is right up with choosing names as my favorite part of planning a story.
