Lorne knew he was in trouble when Jack switched off the CCTV.
Ianto’s hands on his shoulder, Ianto’s lips on his neck. Lorne tried to say, “Wait a second,” but then Jack happened and it was like being caught in a storm rather than being kissed or touched.
He watched the two of them, how their mouths fit and their hands knew the way. Lorne kissed Jack, who tasted like Ianto, and Lorne had to kiss him again to reconcile the familiar taste in an unfamiliar mouth.
Lorne whispered, “What if we die tomorrow?” and Ianto said, “Yes, that’s why.”
